Education has a key role to play in creating long-term responses to the social and environmental consequences of the climate crisis. These responses need to be inclusive of the needs of all young people and their teachers.

In this event, we launch a Manifesto for Education for Environmental Sustainability co-created by young people and teachers from England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales. The manifesto presents priorities at the level of the class, school, community and policy level.

In this event we invite responses from those with the power to put these teacher and youth perspectives into action. It presents an opportunity to engage with the manifesto, hear from the participants and share your perspectives.
