Claire Hadfield is a senior lecturer in education at Plymouth Marjon University. With a background in secondary English and Modern Languages, she now teaches on the Secondary PGCE course. Claire's academic research focuses on early career teachers' identities and retention, and she is currently completing her doctorate in this area. Outside of academia, she runs creative writing and drama workshops and has a keen interest in creative and inclusive pedagogies.
