Bernardita Munoz-Chereau is a lecturer at the Centre of Educational Leadership, Department of Learning and Leadership, Institute of Education, UCL鈥檚 Faculty of Education and Society; she is also an educational psychologist. The main focus of Bernardita鈥檚 research is educational effectiveness, school improvement and accountability. She has conducted quantitative analyses of secondary datasets to estimate contextual value-added assessments of pupil learning funded by the ESRC Global Challenges Research Fund; UCL institutional data to support an Athena Swan Bronze application; and survey data for the School Partnership Project funded by the Education Endowment Foundation and other organisations.
