Regional Rep
Dr Brittany Wright is Trust CPD Lead for L.E.A.D. Academy Trust, leading professional development across 27 primary and secondary schools. She is also an Expert Advisor on reading for the Department for Education and a Convenor for 娇色导航鈥檚 Early Career Researcher Network.
She completed her ESRC-funded PhD in Education at the University of Nottingham in 2023, where her research explored education, place, and social mobility for working-class women in a former coalmining town.
Alongside her research, Brittany has held leadership roles across schools and HEIs, having taught on both postgraduate and undergraduate programmes. Her work continues to focus on bridging educational research and practice, particularly in relation to disadvantage, literacy, and professional learning.
