Isobel has been working for the charity WAVE Trust for 6 years and is currently the Project Manager for Police and Criminal Justice. Their mission is to prevent violence, ACEs and trauma and they have been experts in the field of trauma and trauma informed practice for 25 years. While getting her Psychology degree at the University of Aberdeen Isobel was also volunteering for WAVE’s 70/30 Campaign which aims to reduce child abuse and neglect by 70% by 2030. As part of this she focused on bringing trauma-informed practice to both universities in Aberdeen, and she is currently involved in setting up a steering group in the city to carry on this work.
