Dr Jennifer Agbaire is an academic at the School of Education, Childhood and Youth at The Open University, UK. Her research interests are around social identities, inequalities and inclusion as well as innovative, creative and participatory research approaches. Her work and experience span access, policy, leadership, teaching and teacher education across all levels of education and with a greater focus on the Global South. Before Joining The Open University, Jennifer served in teaching and research roles at the University of Bristol and the University of Sussex in the UK as well as the University of Benin in Nigeria.
