Karen Broadhurst Healey, Dr

Lecturer in Education at University of Manchester

Karen is a lecturer in education leadership at the Manchester Institute of Education, University of Manchester. Her teaching is focused around contemporary issues in educational leadership policy and practice in the pursuit of socially just societies. Her research interest are education governance and its relationship to configurations of leadership and school – community interactions.

Karen is also a Trustee for BELMAS and a member of BELMAS Blog editorial team. She was awarded best ECR Paper for BELMAS 2024 and Social Theory SIG commendation ½¿É«µ¼º½ 2024
