Former high school teacher and teacher’s coordinator. Currently is working for Branco Weiss, a social-educational organization which aims to improve and enhance opportunities available for children and pupils. Primary field is working with principals’ and schools’ development, advancing pedagogy in the process of change and adapting new pedagogical methodologies and viewpoints. Chose to concentrate on democratic education in order to widen both my knowledge of, and my contribution to education, to “pay it forward” in the field of public education.
