I am a Lecturer in Psychology at University College Birmingham, focused on psychology applied to education and development, and an Honorary Research Fellow in Education at University of Manchester. In my PhD in Education at University of Manchester (2019-2024), I analysed ideas of childhood and development in legal gender recognition in the UK. My areas of interest include critical psychology and psychoanalysis, gender and sexuality, intersectionality, childhood studies, queer and trans studies, and discourse analysis. I co-lead the Sexualities & Gender ½¿É«µ¼º½ SIG and my pronouns are he/him.
