Academic Skills Tutor at Arden University
I achieved my PhD in 2021 and my research is concerned with how students experience the transition from FE into HE through a Bourdieusian lens. The thesis was turned into a Monograph with Palgrave Publishing in 2024, and I am continuing to publishing other articles from it. I currently work for Arden University as an Academic Skills Tutor and achieved FHEA status in 2025. I am also an honorary visiting lecturer at Staffordshire University.
