Smadar Donitsa-Schmidt (PhD.) is Associate professor in the Kibbutzim College of Education in Israel. She is currently the Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. Her research interests are teacher education, policy in education and higher education, professional development of teachers and learning in multicultural societies.
