Tianqi Lu, who recently passed her viva voce at the University of Bath, is an early career researcher in higher education and intercultural studies. Her work traces how everyday learning and collaboration in universities inform institutional policies, with particular interest in how different research methods shed light on these processes. She is currently undertaking a one-year postdoctoral project on research culture at the Institute of Genetics and Cancer, University of Edinburgh.
