Director of Research - Education and Childhood at University of the West of England
Dr Timothy Clark is Director of Research and Enterprise for the School of Education and Childhood at the University of the West of England, Bristol. His research interests include doctoral pedagogy and researcher development in education as well as aspects of arts-based research, arts education and early childhood education. He has a background as a leader in community and early years education and moved into academia in 2019, following completion of an EdD. He is co-editor of a new Sage collection titled ‘Debating Childhoods’ and author of a number of recent papers which explore doctoral students’ methodological decision making.
