Prof. Dr. Zehra Altınay graduated in the field of educational administration from the Near East University, Türkiye, and her master’s was in educational sciences with a thesis on education technology and distance education. She completed a doctorate in educational technology at Middlesex University. Dr Altınay is a full-time faculty member of Near East University, where she is Chair of the Centre for Social Research & Development – affiliated with the Centre of Excellence, and is Head of the Educational Sciences Department, the Ethics Committee in Education and the Monitoring Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. She has contributed to national and international books, projects and scientific studies.
