What to expect from our Virtual Conference
Join us for an engaging and interactive virtual conference, where you’ll have the opportunity to hear from a range of expert speakers, explore the latest ideas and research, and take part in discussions.
Our programme includes live keynote presentations, interactive breakout sessions, panel discussions, and opportunities to ask questions and engage with speakers in real time. You’ll also have the chance to network with fellow delegates, share experiences, and build valuable professional connections through our online platform.
Each session will be chaired by a member of our Conference and Events Committee, who will introduce speakers, facilitate discussions, and manage the live Q&A.
Ways to Participate
Our virtual conference offers a variety of session formats, giving you multiple ways to engage throughout the event.
Moderated Sessions
Our main conference sessions are fully moderated. As an attendee, you can participate through the live chat, submit questions via the Q&A, and take part in interactive polls. To ensure a smooth experience for all participants, attendee cameras and microphones will remain off during these sessions.
Speaker Preview Room
Speakers are invited to access the Speaker Preview Room at any time during the conference to familiarise themselves with the platform, test their audio and video, and practise sharing presentations and screens.
Hosted Sessions
Hosted sessions are small, interactive discussions limited to 15 delegates. These topical sessions encourage active participation, conversation, and the sharing of ideas in a more informal setting.
General Networking Session
Our General Networking Session is an open drop-in space where delegates can meet, chat, and connect with one another throughout the conference. You are welcome to join and leave this session at any time during the event.
