These chair yoga sessions allows for seated movement, stretching, and improved circulation while accommodating a diverse range of participants. They will promote breathwork; relaxation and restoring balance by activating the parasympathetic nervous system, reducing the physical response to anxiety and stress and Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR): Involves sequentially tensing and relaxing muscles to release physical tension, easing stress and anxiety.
