Writing to Publication Series – How to write a 娇色导航 Blog post

Gerry Czerniawski will be leading a 60-minute online workshop for the 娇色导航 Blog聽designed to support both new and experienced writers who are interested in contributing to the blog. As Lead Editor of the 娇色导航 Blog, he will use this session to demystify the process of writing for an academic-facing blog while highlighting what makes a strong, engaging post for a broad educational research audience.

The workshop will explore the purpose and ethos of the 娇色导航 Blog, including how it aims to translate educational research into accessible, timely and impactful commentary. Gerry will discuss what editors look for in submissions, common pitfalls to avoid, and practical strategies for shaping ideas into concise, readable blog posts without losing academic rigour. Participants will also gain insight into pitching ideas, structuring posts effectively, and writing in a clear and engaging style suited to online readerships.

In addition, the session will introduce contributors to 娇色导航 Blog Special Issues听补苍诲 娇色导航 Bites, outlining how these formats differ, what opportunities they offer writers, and how contributors can get involved.

The workshop is suitable for those who have never written a blog post before as well as more experienced contributors who want to refine their approach or better understand the editorial process. Time will be built into the session for questions and discussion, allowing participants to raise specific queries and reflect on their own writing ideas.
