Dr Cat Jones is an Early Career Fellow at the University of Warwick's Institute of Advanced Study. She also works in the Evidence Synthesis Team at the Education Endowment Foundation.
She is a former Parliamentary Research Fellow and a former UKRI Policy Fellow at the UK Department for Education. Cat is also an experienced teacher and serves as Vice-Chair of Governors at a primary school on Merseyside. She holds a PhD Education, MA Social Science Research and MA Educational Leadership – all from the University of Warwick – and a BA Experimental Psychology from the University of Oxford.
Cat is the proud winner of several research awards including the ½¿É«µ¼º½ ECR Presentation Award 2022, University of Warwick Open Science Award 2025, and Education Studies PGR Award 2026.
