Charlotte Maltby is the Future Skills Outreach Adviser at Kingston University. She works with pre-university students in a number of settings such as schools, colleges and alternative educational provision. She works with young people to improve their confidence in employability skills, their ability to talk about these skills and how to use employment/careers services within university. In the past year she has been further researching playful and creative practices to enrich sessions, evaluation and feedback.
