Charlotte Maltby is a Transition Programmes Adviser (In-Curricular) at Kingston University. She works with Level 4 students to improve their confidence in employability skills, their ability to talk about these skills and how to use employment/careers services within university. In the past few years, she has been further researching playful and creative practices to enrich sessions, evaluation and feedback.
