Dan-Anders Normann

Dan-Anders Normann is a doctoral student in the Department of Teacher Education at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in Trondheim, Norway. He has a vocational background as a trained pastry chef and a teacher, and holds a master鈥檚 degree in vocational didactics. He has practical experience in both the vocational sector and vocational education, as well as in lower secondary school. His doctoral project is part of the research project 鈥楪oing Gradeless鈥, where his research focuses on reduced grading practices internationally and in Norwegian upper secondary schools.
