Elena Lisauskaite is a senior lecturer at the University of Portsmouth and Research Fellow for the ICICLES project. Before starting her current role, she was an economist at the National Institute of Economic and Social Research. Elena earned her PhD in 2020 from Royal Holloway, University of London. Her research mainly focuses on economics of education (primary education, higher education, diversity) and labour economics (matching). Elena has been an IZA Research Affiliate since 2021.
