Faizaan Ahmed is head of research at Oaks Park High School, and an honorary lecturer at the University College London’s Institute of Education. He has over a decade of experience in secondary education, including extensive classroom experience, teacher development and training, and, most recently, educational research. He thrives on new, complex challenges, and feels most happy when given a task to resolve that seems impossible. He enjoys leading through example, and can bring the best out of people around him through this leadership style. Finally, he enjoys collaborating and researching, as these enable him to find the best solutions to challenges.
