Hengameh Karimi, Dr

Dr Hengameh Karimi is an accomplished educator and researcher dedicated to enhancing teaching and learning practices. With a first-class BA Hons in Linguistics, a master’s degree in TESOL, and a PGCE in Higher Education, Hengameh focused her doctoral research on educational leadership and school improvement at the University of West London (UWL). She has taught ESOL, EAP and academic study skills at UWL and Queen Mary University of London. As a Senior Researcher at Oxford Business College (OBC), Hengameh has published extensively and presented at prominent conferences, including ½¿É«µ¼º½ and UWL’s annual doctoral conferences. Her research interests include educational leadership, staff professional development and student experience in the field of education. Committed to advancing education, Hengameh actively contributes to scholarly discourse, striving for excellence in teaching and fostering student-centred learning communities.
