Ian Potter is an experienced system leader in education in England with a career as a school leader, school improvement adviser and executive leadership of a multi-academy trust. He has worked in developing national and regional policy, being chair of the British Educational Leadership, Management and Administration Society (BELMAS), and working with ½¿É«µ¼º½ on its conference and events committee. He co-co-ordinated the International School Leadership Development Network and was a member of the Commonwealth Council for Educational Administration and Management. He has presented to audiences worldwide and publishes on a range of topics including school leadership. He is continuing with his research and writing; is a level 7 qualified executive coach; provides consultancy; and is senior associate of the Association of Education Advisers.
