Kate Sida-Nicholls has been an educator for more than 25 years, teaching in schools, leading an ITE programme and as a senior leader in post-16 education. She has just submitted her PhD thesis about the professional identity formation of early career teachers using narrative inquiry as the methodology. She is currently working as a consultant supporting schools with early career teachers and professional development.
