Kevin Jones is the Head of Workforce Development and Training for the National Youth Agency. A professionally qualified youth worker, he has more than 30 years’ experience throughout the youth and community sectors at all levels. Kevin has also taught on the Youth and Community Work BA Hons course at Bolton University in addition to supporting Youth Work courses elsewhere in England, Finland and the Seychelles.
He currently oversees the regulatory function of the National Youth Agency, ensuring quality of qualifications in Youth Work, and is responsible for the development and delivery of national workforce strategy.
He has particular interests in Detached Youth Work, relational practice and the role of Youth Work alongside allied sectors.
