An educator鈥憆esearcher specialising in Early Years pedagogy, multilingualism and equity in the workforce. My research contributions at Middlesex University span children鈥檚 community integration, ethnicity in the Early Years sector and multilingual identities. I bring this research鈥慽nformed perspective into my work as a Lead Development Coach at JCL Skills Solutions and former curriculum leader, where I support high鈥憅uality professional learning, inclusive practice and evidence鈥慴ased teaching across Early Years and further education settings.
