Mari-Ana Jones is Associate Professor at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and has responsibility for the Masters in Educational Leadership and the National Programme for Headteacher Education. Her research interests include participation and voice in educational organisations and co-creative leadership. She also co-leads a national network for PhD candidates within the education sector.
