Oksana Zabolotna is a teacher facilitator, educational consultant and researcher. She is a professor at Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University, a senior officer of the Department of International Cooperation of the Institute of Pedagogy of NAES of Ukraine, and a British Council Ukraine master trainer. She is president of the Ukrainian Educational Research Association and editor-in-chief of the Studies in Comparative Education Journal. Her key research interests are alternative education, gender issues in academia and teacher professional development.
