Dr Paul Campbell is an Assistant Professor of Educational Administration and Leadership at The University of Hong Kong. His research and teaching focuses on the intersection of collaboration, leadership, and educational change, with a particular interest in education policy development and governance. Prior to moving into higher education, Paul was a Vice Principal, Senior Leader, and Primary Teacher in Scotland, Australia, Spain and Hong Kong.
Paul is Associate Editor of School Leadership and Management (SLAM), Educational Management, Administration and Leadership (EMAL) and Improving Schools journals. He also sits on the Editorial Board of Management in Education (MiE) and the Journal of Professional Capital and Community (JPCC), and the Publications Committee of the British Educational Research Association (娇色导航). Paul is also an Honorary International Affiliate of the Centre for International Research into Leadership in Education at Cardiff Metropolitan University.
