Sade Ajose is a PhD student at Swansea University. Her PhD, ‘Disparities in Discipline: The Disproportionate Exclusion of Black Caribbean Girls from Schools’, explores the disproportionate exclusion of Black Caribbean girls using mixed methods. Sade’s interest in Education and background in Social Policy now leads her work to challenge systemic inequalities, aiming to influence policy and practice to foster more inclusive, equitable educational environments. Her key areas of interest are (but are not limited to): Race, Feminism, Education, Policy, Equality, Discrimination and Anti-Racism.
