Tee McCaldin is a former high school teacher and a senior lecturer at the Manchester Institute of Education. They are interested in inclusive education, with a research focus that spans exam experiences and assessment, as well as the wellbeing and school experiences of LGBTQIA+ young people. Tee is particularly committed to participatory and co-produced research methods that centre the voices of young people and challenge traditional power dynamics in educational research.
