Wendyann Richardson, Dr

Dr Wendyann Richardson is a lecturer in Business Management and the Deputy Lead for Transnational Education (Quality Assurance) at Coventry University. She brings more than five years of experience in UK higher education, complemented by a decade of senior management roles in industry. Dr Richardson holds a PhD in Management from Loughborough University, an MSc in International Management from Royal Holloway, University of London, and a BSc in Economics and Accounting from the University of the West Indies. Her primary research interest lies in diversity and inclusion, a passion rooted in her doctoral research on the antithesis of corporate board diversity in the UK. She is deeply committed to fostering inclusive learning environments, ensuring that all students feel represented and empowered in the classroom. Dr Richardson’s academic and professional journey reflects a strong dedication to equity, leadership, and the advancement of inclusive practices in both education and business.
