Dr Xin Xu is a Departmental Lecturer in Higher/Tertiary Education at the Department of Education, University of Oxford, and Deputy Director of the Centre on Skills, Knowledge and Organisational Performance (SKOPE). Her research focuses on tertiary education policy and research on research. She leads funded research projects on the abovementioned subjects, including the project System-Thinking Approaches to Tertiary Education Policymaking in England.
