Dr Alexander K. Kofinas is the head of the Graduate School of Business at the University of Bedfordshire. He is an academic with a multicultural background and multidisciplinary education. His recent research and publications have focused on two areas: authentic assessments, learning and teaching; as well as methodological research. Alexander is also an accredited Lego Serious Play facilitator. He has published his research in reputable management education outlets such as the Journal of Management Education, Management Learning, the British Journal of Educational Technology and the Colombian Applied Linguistics Journal.
