Dr David Pike is the head of Digital Learning at the University of Bedfordshire. In his role he oversaw the strategic management of virtual learning experiences for approximately 20,000 users across three continents. His expertise spans institutional digital transformation, AI implementation and evaluation, the ethical use of technology, and integrating large-scale data with narrative-focused digital learning experiences. As the director of Digital Learning he has led major institutional transformation projects such as the adoption of Blackboard Ultra, the integration of Studiosity, and a radical shift to AI-led feedback systems.
