Chris Millward is Professor of Practice in Education Policy at the University of Birmingham and board member for the Welsh Tertiary Education Commission, Marshall Scholarships and the Academy of Social Sciences. Chris was previously Director of Fair Access and Director of Policy at England’s higher education regulatory and funding bodies.
