Jemima Davey, Ms

Associate Head of School and Senior Lecturer in Education at St Mary's University

Jemima Davey is Associate Head of School for PGCE QTS (Primary and Secondary) programmes and a senior lecturer in education at St Mary’s University, London. She teaches across a range of postgraduate initial teacher education on both domestic and international programmes. Jemima’s areas of research interest include professional identity, teacher wellbeing and resilience, effective support for both emerging and experienced practitioners, and mentoring and supervision in education. She is currently a doctoral student exploring the role of reflective practice and supervision in the development of professional identity for school leaders. Jemima is a fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA), member of the British Educational Research Association (½¿É«µ¼º½) and member of the Chartered College of Teaching (MCCT).
