Karen Tozer is Lead for Initial Teacher Training at Anglia Ruskin University, Peterborough campus and is strategic lead for curriculum – both creation content and successful delivery on each of the three campuses. Karen is an experienced primary school teacher and teacher educator. Following her years in the classroom, Karen was a school advisor, specialising in primary mathematics and curriculum development. Throughout her career, Karen has worked collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the life chances of children and their families; her passion remains one of improving social equity and mobility through educational opportunities.
