Ruth Platt is Course Director for the BEd (Hons) Primary Education with QTS, (Cambridge campus) at Anglia Ruskin University. As the Strategic Lead for School Experience, she is responsible for the design and delivery of the placement module as well as other enrichment opportunities. Ruth is an experienced teacher and school leader and has also worked as an educational consultant, delivering CPD to teachers in a range of school contexts. Previous roles at ARU include teaching on the PGCE and the PGCert in Teaching and Learning in Higher Education, focusing on supporting colleagues and trainee teachers to develop their practice through reflective thinking and professional enquiry.
