Lilian Yuet Ling Martin is funded by the Welsh Government to evaluate the Diversity and Anti-Racist Professional Learning (DARPL) programme as part of the Anti-Racist Wales Action Plan. Her professional doctorate, also aligned with the Action Plan, examines how anti-racist policy is perceived and enacted in practice. She leads on curriculum and pedagogy within Initial Teacher Education at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David. Lilian’s work brings grounded, critical perspectives from Wales’s distinct sociopolitical and educational context, and she contributes regularly to national and international conversations on anti-racism in education.
