Mackenzie has recently embarked on the next chapter of their life, beginning a law degree at university in London. A passionate advocate for young people, they have dedicated significant time to amplifying youth voices through multiple ambassador programmes, including initiatives with the NHS, the youth charity Motiv8, and the Youth Cabinet. Their commitment to supporting and representing young people has had a tangible impact, particularly through their work with the NHS Children and Families Services, where they engaged closely with services to ensure young people’s perspectives were heard. In recognition of their outstanding contributions, they were awarded a British Citizen Youth Award Medal of Honour. Known for their energy, dedication, and ability to inspire peers, Mackenzie continues to champion youth advocacy while embarking on their studies in law, aiming to combine their passion for social justice with academic excellence as they shape their future career.
