Rachel has over 25 years of professional experience working with neurodivergent young people. Completing her Masters in Youth and Community at Plymouth Marjon University allowed her to explore different ways of working and led her to explore digital youth work, where she ensured young peoples voices were at the heart of her research. Most recently leading the Digital Youth Work for Plymouth City Council, Rachel has also worked closely with the National Youth Agency, contributing to the National Standards for Digital Youth Work.
